Understanding how your sensory needs influence energy, mood and daily activities. We work on practical tools to support regulation, reduce overwhelm, and help you feel more balanced and engaged in the things that matter.
Working with adults funded through the NDIS to build skills, confidence and independence. This may involve assessments, planning, therapy and reports tailored to your goals and daily life.
