I have been providing occupational therapy services under the NDIS since 2017. I focus on supporting women experiencing mental health challenges and neurodivergence.
My work centres on meaningful participation in daily life. I support women navigating emotional regulation, sensory processing differences, executive functioning challenges, burnout, identity shifts and the practical demands of home, work and other roles.
Using a holistic, occupation-centred approach, I consider the interaction between nervous system regulation, environment, roles and routines. Together, we develop personalised strategies that build capacity, increase independence and support sustainable wellbeing.

I work with participants who are self-managing or have elected a plan manager for funding management. Please get in contact to find out more.
Bookings can be made online for Telehealth NDIS appointments.
