I take a holistic approach to pelvic health, this means I look at the whole person - the physical body, daily routines, environment, mental health and sensory needs. Together, we explore what is getting in the way and work on practical strategies that fit into everyday life.

I understand that talking about pelvic health can feel personal. My aim is to create a safe, respectful, and supportive space where women feel heard and cared for. Each session is guided by your goals and your pace.
Motherhood is full of sensory experiences – touch, sound, mess, movement – and for some mums, these sensations can feel overwhelming, exhausting or even distressing. If you're feeling on edge or worn out by daily routines, sensory processing may be playing a role.
