I believe occupational therapy starts with curiosity. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I want to understand the person, their body, brain, sensory experiences, environment and the things that matter to them. Together, we explore the "why" behind what is difficult and develop practical strategies that fit your life.
I support women to better understand the connection between their bodies, brains, sensory systems and nervous systems and how these can affect everyday life. I work with neurodivergence, sensory processing, interoception, nervous system regulation, women's health, mental health and executive functioning. I provide individualised assessment, therapy and practical strategies focused on helping you participate in the occupations that matter to you.
Baybreeze Therapy acknowledge the Nunukul, the Goenpul and the Ngugi people of Quandamooka Country, as the Traditional Owners of the land we live and work on. We pay our respects to Elders, past, present and emerging.
