An occupation is anything we do in daily life that gives our time meaning and purpose - the things we want, need, or are expected to do. This can include caring for ourselves, parenting, working, resting, connecting with others, managing a home, participating in hobbies or simply getting through the day.
When these everyday activities become difficult or overwhelming, an occupational therapist works alongside you to support your wellbeing, function and participation in the things that matter most to you.
As an occupational therapist, I support women to understand and reconnect with their brain, body and nervous system and find practical ways to help participate more comfortably and confidently in the roles and occupations that shape their lives.
I consider the whole picture including mental health, nervous system, sensory processing patterns, lifestyle and the environment. I understand that these are deeply interconnected. Together, we develop practical, personalised strategies that support sustainable health and meaningful engagement in daily life.

I’ve been an occupational therapist for over ten years and at the heart of my work has always been a deep respect for the complexity of people’s lives. I believe meaningful occupation - the everyday roles, routines and activities that shape who we are - is central to wellbeing.
As my own life and professional interests evolved, I found myself increasingly drawn to supporting women through mental health challenges, neurodivergence, pregnancy, postpartum and the transition into motherhood. I became curious about the connection between pelvic health, nervous system regulation, sensory processing and mental wellbeing and how these influence daily life.
Today, my practice brings these elements together. I'm particularly interested in the connections between our body, brain, sensory and nervous system, and how these influence the way we experience and participate in everyday life. I support women navigating neurodivergence, sensory overwhelm, mental health, women's health, pregnancy, postpartum and the many physical, emotional and occupational demands of womanhood. I offer care that feels holistic, grounded and genuinely supportive.

My work integrates mental health, embodiment, pelvic health and neurodivergence, recognising that physical symptoms, emotional wellbeing, sensory experiences and daily occupations are deeply connected.
I support women to reconnect to their body, understand their brain and nervous system to help them feel more like themselves and participate fully in life.
My approach is holistic, evidence-informed, trauma-informed and grounded in helping women participate more comfortably and confidently in the roles and occupations that matter most.
