As a women’s and pelvic health occupational therapist, I support women to participate comfortably and confidently in the roles and occupations that shape their lives.
I consider the whole picture, pelvic health, mental wellbeing, nervous system awareness, sensory experiences and the environment - understanding that these are deeply interconnected. Together, we develop practical, personalised strategies that support sustainable health and meaningful engagement in daily life.

I’ve been an occupational therapist for over ten years, and at the heart of my work has always been a deep respect for the complexity of people’s lives. I believe meaningful occupation - the everyday roles, routines and activities that shape who we are - is central to wellbeing.
As my own life and professional interests evolved, I found myself increasingly drawn to supporting women through mental health challenges, neurodivergence, pregnancy, postpartum and the transition into motherhood. I became curious about the connection between pelvic health, nervous system regulation, sensory processing and mental wellbeing and how these influence daily life.
Today, my practice brings these elements together. I support women navigating pelvic pain, recovery after birth, emotional overwhelm, neurodivergence, mental health and the physical and psychological demands of womanhood. I aim to offer care that feels holistic, grounded and genuinely supportive.

My work integrates pelvic health, mental health and neurodivergence, recognising that physical symptoms, emotional wellbeing, sensory experiences and daily occupations are deeply connected.
I support women experiencing pelvic pain, toileting concerns, scar discomfort, fatigue, sensory overwhelm, executive functioning challenges and the transition into motherhood. Services are available privately and under the NDIS.
My approach is holistic, evidence-based and grounded in helping women participate more comfortably and confidently in the roles and occupations that matter most.
